All orders are handled directly by us at mysa. We are a small team and package every order ourselves with care.

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on your location (Luxembourg, Belgium, France), but you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

If you select the pickup option, you will receive an email with instructions on when and where to collect your order. Please wait for this email before coming to the pickup location.

We appreciate your patience. Every can is packed by hand and sent out by us, so it may take a little longer than big warehouses, but that’s part of the ritual.
